Shantel Yvonne VanSanten (born July 25, 1985) is an American actress and model. She currently stars in the CW television series One Tree Hill where she portrays Quinn James On film, she appeared in You and I and The Final Destination. As a model, she has been featured in magazines such as Teen Vogue and Seventeen.
